A fjord is a deep, narrow sea inlet carved by ancient glaciers and flooded by the ocean, creating some of the most breathtaking landscapes on Earth. These dramatic valleys, flanked by towering cliffs and cascading waterfalls, are postcard-perfect windows into Norway’s geological past. With over 1,000 fjords across the mainland and the Svalbard archipelago, Norway offers some of the most awe-inspiring scenery in the Arctic.

Between June and August, long daylight hours and milder weather create the perfect conditions to explore the fjords in depth. We will cruise through deep blue inlets bordered by sheer mountain walls, glide past quaint fishing villages and verdant valleys, and breathe in the crisp Arctic air as we keep an eye out for wildlife. 

Venture into the Eidsfjord near Nordfjordeid, where Viking heritage runs deep. Hike through Ånderdalen National Park, framed by jagged peaks and glassy fjords. Capture the sweeping views of Bergsfjord, Steinfjord and Ersfjord, or explore the pristine wilderness of Senja and the Westfjords.
